David A. Kolb on Experiential Learning is a widely regard and famous model made of four elements: concrete experience, observation and reflection, the formation of abstract concepts and testing in new situations.

Experiential Learning Tools uses Kolb’s Experiential Learning Theory and Cycle as a basis for all the experiential learning activities available through the platform.

Our role with Experiential Learning Tools

Add Jam started working on Experiential Learning Tools in the summer of 2020 along with RSVP Design.

The COVID-19 pandemic had meant the L&D industry had been turned on its head as people were no longer able to be in the same room together. Therefore we set out to bring the diverse range of activities from the RSVP Design catalogue online.

Since the summer of 2020, Add Jam has been instrumental in bringing Experiential Learning Tools to life. Our multifaceted involvement includes:

1. Strategy and Ideation: We collaborated closely with RSVP Design to conceptualize a platform that could effectively translate their extensive catalogue of in-person activities to the digital realm.
