Online learning for teams

Experiential Learning is learning through an experience. Experiential learning provides a dynamic method for individuals to identify needed alterations in their skills, attitudes, and behaviours, enabling the application of these changes to improve performance.

David A. Kolb on Experiential Learning is a widely regard and famous model made of four elements: concrete experience, observation and reflection, the formation of abstract concepts and testing in new situations.

Experiential Learning Tools uses Kolb’s Experiential Learning Theory and Cycle as a basis for all the experiential learning activities available through the platform.

Our role with Experiential Learning Tools

Add Jam started working on Experiential Learning Tools in the summer of 2020 along with RSVP Design.

The COVID-19 pandemic had meant the L&D industry had been turned on its head as people were no longer able to be in the same room together. Therefore we set out to bring the diverse range of activities from the RSVP Design catalogue online.
