During lockdown we rapidly prototyped a health and wellbeing app using React Native then expanded on the concept and redeveloped using SwiftUI
One Walk A Day is a mobile application that evolved from a simple lockdown compliance tool born in the earliest days of the 2020 COVID lockdowns to a friendly and useful health and wellness companion that aims to change habits, make people healthier and happier.

In 2020, during the early days of the COVID-19 lockdowns, the UK government implemented strict guidelines limiting outdoor exercise to once per day. Add Jam identified an opportunity to help people comply with these new rules while promoting daily physical activity.
This app was a quick response at a time of deep uncertainty. We didn't know what daily life would be like so tried to make a useful contribution to society. Our experience in rapid prototyping allowed us to deliver a functional app in record time.
4 years later and lockdowns were a thing of the past. However we noticed the app was still getting downloads and had active users. We had to do something to better serve this loyal user base so totally rebuilt the app from the ground up, applying our expertise in user experience design.
